The President of the Traders Association of Nigeria (TAN), Abia State, Chief Chidi Nkem-Aruoma, has extended a warm felicitation to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Benjamin Okezie Kalu, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued on Monday, Aruoma described Hon Kalu as a patriotic leader whose commitment to national development and grassroots empowerment continues to inspire millions across the country.
He praised the Deputy Speaker’s legislative contributions and advocacy for economic reforms that support small and medium-scale enterprises, particularly traders and market women who form the backbone of Nigeria’s informal economy.
“TAN celebrates you today for your tireless service to the nation and your unwavering support for policies that uplift the common man” Chief Chidi Nkem-Aruoma stated.
Continuing, he stated that the leadership of the Deputy Speaker is a source of pride to Ndigbo, and prayed for his continued wisdom, strength, and good health as he serves Nigerians.
Aruoma also reaffirmed TAN’s readiness to partner with the National Assembly in promoting initiatives that will enhance the welfare of traders nationwide, particularly in Abia State.
