The former 2023 Deputy Governorship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), in Abia, Dr Chima Anyaso has declared total support to the Governor Alex Otti’s administration.
In his speech at the inauguration of Abia Arise, the political structure of the Governor, in Bende Local Government Area, Anyaso unequivocally announced his support for Gov Otti, giving the transformational growth ongoing in the state as the reason behind his support.

It is with profound joy, deep respect, and great admiration that I welcome Your Excellency to Bende Federal Constituency—your home, your stronghold, and a land that believes in leadership with vision, character, and courage.
Your Excellency, your visit today is not a ceremonial one—it is historic. It is a reaffirmation of the bond between your purposeful leadership and the unwavering support of the people of Bende. In just two years, you have rekindled hope in governance, restored dignity to public service, and shown that transformational leadership is not a myth—but a mandate that can be delivered with discipline, integrity, and empathy.
From infrastructural renewal to economic reforms, civil service sanitization to security reinforcement, your leadership has ignited a new spirit of possibility across Abia State. Here in Bende, we feel the pulse of your governance. We see the roads being fixed, the schools being revived, the healthcare system being repositioned, and our people beginning to believe again.
As a son of Bende, and as one who is deeply invested in the progress of our land, I stand before you today to declare, boldly and unequivocally, my total support for your administration.
