Chukwu Congratulates Reps Deputy Speaker, Kalu On His PhD Attainment 

Former Minority Leader of the Abia State House of Assembly and current Commissioner representing the South East in the Board of the North West Development Commission(NWDC), Hon. Chukwu Chijioke, has extended warm congratulations to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR on the successful completion and award of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Policy and Strategic Studies by the University of Abuja.

In a congratulatory message released on Thursday, Hon. Chukwu described the feat as a testament to Rt. Hon. Kalu’s unrelenting commitment to intellectual growth, leadership development, and national service.

“This is not just a personal academic milestone, but an inspiration to many ,especially young Nigerians in public service,” Hon. Chukwu stated.
“I join well-meaning Nigerians in celebrating Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu for this distinguished academic achievement.”

He further applauded the Deputy Speaker for his consistent display of competence, strategic insight, and dedication to national unity and development both in and outside the legislative chamber.

Hon. Chukwu wished Dr. Kalu greater heights in service to Nigeria, urging him to continue using his platform to champion policies that promote equity, education, and good governance.
